About EFT Tampa Bay

EFT Tampa Bay is a nonprofit professional community dedicated to advancing the practice and accessibility of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) throughout the Tampa Bay region. Grounded in the science of attachment, we support clinicians in developing excellence in EFT while helping individuals, couples, and families experience more secure, resilient relationships.

Our community brings together two important groups: clinicians who practice or are learning EFT, and members of the public seeking effective, relationship-centered therapy. Through high-quality training, consultation, and collaborative professional networking, we aim to deepen clinical skills, strengthen therapeutic integrity, and expand access to evidence-based care.

Since our formation in 2018, EFT Tampa Bay has grown into a trusted regional hub for EFT learning and connection. As a nonprofit organization, we host regular trainings, workshops, and consultation opportunities both locally and online, creating spaces where clinicians can develop their expertise and support one another in their work.

We are committed to promoting ethical, culturally responsive care and to building a professional community that values diversity, inclusion, and respect for the many identities and lived experiences of the people we serve. Through these efforts, EFT Tampa Bay seeks to strengthen families, support clinicians, and foster a community where healing relationships can flourish.
